REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that we do not make refunds. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it can be exchanged for another item in store.
Quickly and easily process your return or exchange by writing us at support@shopcici.co.
Make sure to include your order number, full name, and contact details.
Once we receive your return and exchange request, you will be provided with the return details.
For orders within Estonia, please return unworn and unwashed items within 3 to 5 days of receipt.
For orders Within Europe (excluding Estonia) and international orders, please return unworn and unwashed items within 5 to 7days of receipt.
Please note that tags must be intact and items should be returned in its original packaging.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Once we have received your returned item and have certified that it is in pristine condition, one of our reps will contact you via email to receive the details of the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the previously returned item(s).
Please note that the customer will bear the delivery cost of the return and exchange.
Items purchased on sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
